Before DPD UK, Wesley worked at Flint’s Theatrical Chandlers. He spent five years there as a warehouse operator from 2015 to 2020. Early in his career, Montell’s brother also had other jobs. He worked as a recruitment consultant and on the logistics team at Marks and Spencer’s Liverpool Street in London.
As for the Strictly Come Dancing 2024 star’s brother’s schooling, like her, Wesley went to The Ravensbourne School. He finished both high school and college there. Similarly, his Facebook page says he now lives in Guildford.

In 2015, she shared a picture of her dad at his job at St John’s Angell, showing how proud she was of him. Also, a sweet Instagram video from 2017 had her father and brother dancing together. Furthermore, in that, post, Montell pointed out how young her dad looked at 52.
Another post from 2018 features childhood and youth photos of Montell with her father, accompanied by a lengthy caption. In it, she expressed:

The former Team GB sprinter continued:
My dad pushed me down a hill in Greenwich Park with no stabilizers when I was 4 to teach me how to ride a bike. My dad backed me to play in an all boy football team when I was 11 and taught me how to play with both feet. My dad sent me 5miles away on the 208 bus on a 90mins journey to secondary school when I had never been there nor knew where I was going.
She also noted:
My dad taught me resilience, how to get sh*t done… and more importantly how to chill the f out. He wasn’t perfect. But he was perfectly my dad.
Similarly, in 2023, she put up photos from a day out with her mom saying how much she loved her. Montell also mentioned how hard she works.
Mama was hustling like only she knows how (and how she taught me) and working until 8 p.m. on Sunday. So this was our eventual celebration of her motherhood. 37 years and counting.
